Kitchen Carcasses & Complete Kitchens ( Flat Packed) : These are made to order, normally delivery takes around 14-21 days from date of order. Orders of more the 3-5 units will be delivered on a single or double pallet. The service we offer is normally an overnight service,

The carrier will deliver your pallet using a tail lift and it will be your responsibly to unload and carry the goods into your property. Please not that some units like larder units are quite heavy and may require 2 people to carry them. It is essential that the day you have asked for your goods to be delivered that there will be someone in to accept delivery, we are unable to give a time slot with the carrier service and they may recharge for delivery if nobody was there when delivery was attempted. Normal delivery times are between 8:30 AM -5:30 PM Monday – Friday . On rare occasions traffic problems or a vehicle breakdown can occur which might result in a non delivery on the day agreed with you, unfortunately this is beyond our control and delivery will then be made the day after. If the pallet is a double and cant be unloaded by a tail lift then the driver will normally unwrap the pallet and pass the goods to you.

It is essential that you inspect the pallet when delivery is made to make sure it is in tacked and still fully wrapped, if any damage is evident on any boxes please bring this to the attention of the driver and mark any paper work you sign as damaged. Open any boxes that have signs of damage immediately after you have taken delivery, if damage has occurred to any part of the kitchen unit or doors ect please e-mail use with a photo showing the damage and what panels need replacing.

Kitchen Carcasses & Complete kitchens (rigid built) These are normally brought on our own vehicles with our own delivery driver. An able bodied person will need to be there at the delivery address to help the driver unload, please note that some of the units and the worktops can be very heavy.

Small orders & Replacement kitchen doors: We will arrange a delivery day with you when your order is complete. Normally sent on an overnight parcel service, if you supply an e-mail with your order the carrier service will e-mail an an estimated delivery time. There will need to be someone there to accept and sign for your goods. Please take a note of the amount of parcels you have on your consignment and how many you are signing for. Again traffic and other problems beyond our control can at times cause your delivery not to arrive on the day we agreed with you.

PLEASE NOTE we recommend that you do not arrange a kitchen fitter until you have received your goods and checked them as we cannot be held responsible for delays and damage caused by a third party carrier that is out of our control.

Returns : Kitchen carcasses have been made for your order so are non returnable. Replacement Kitchen doors are again manufactured to your order and any doors that have had hinge holes drilled in them are not returnable. All other items that have been unopened and are still in a resell-able condition can be returned to us. A restocking fee of 25% will apply to all goods returned.

We are not able to offer a part or full refund for late deliveries as this is out of our control when your order is sent by third party delivery services.
